St Luke’s Church, Kin Kin was dedicated on 19 November 1926 by Archbishop Gerald Sharp. St Luke’s is a well maintained example of a small rural church with gothic windows and a front porch.
The church was damaged in a storm which destroyed much of Kin Kin in 1985 and was rebuilt as a result.
In 2009, with thanks from a willing maintenance team from St Mark’s Anglican Church, Clayford, the building renovated and repainted.
The Patronal Festival for the Church of St Luke is kept on the Sunday closest to the 18th October each year and is celebrated with a Combined Parish Eucharist and Lunch.
